The goal of this program is to share Polish know-how in educating social and political activists thereby reinforcing the human capital of future opinion-makers and decision-makers in Eastern Partnership countries. Over the long term, this project will contribute to building a network of young activists, creating bonds between all the countries involved and facilitating cooperation and exchange of contacts, ideas and projects for common activities.
In 2014 the programme is realized under the honorary patronage of Radosław Sikorski, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland and is financed with the funds of the Support for Democracy program as part of the program of Polish development cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2014. Programme is implemented in cooperation with the following partnership organizations: the European Dialogue from Ukraine, the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy – the Representation in the South Caucasus from Georgia, the National Youth Council from Moldova and the Positive Change Movement from Azerbaijan
