Public Lectures in Georgian Universities

“Economic Policy Experts Center”, within the project “Freedom and Economic Freedom - Private Property as a Guarantee of Freedom”, on October in this year, held lectures in 7 universities of Georgia, including 6 universities in Tbilisi and in Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University, The theme of the lectures was: ,,Freedom and Economic Freedom - Private Property as a Guarantee of Freedom’’.

Lectures were delivered by President of “Economic Policy Experts Center”, Mr. Ramaz Gerliani and the founder of  ,,Economic Policy Experts Center”, Mr. Mate Gardava.

Lectures were dedicated for students to introduce about economic freedom and economic importance of private property, determination of the interdependence between economic freedom and private property and about actualization of economic freedom, based on private property.

Within the project, lecture courses of each universities were made on the following themes:

1.       IAKOB GOGEBASHVILI TELAVI STATE UNIVERSITY - The Role of Freedom and Economic Freedom in Economic Policy; (October 10)

2.       International Black Sea University - Private Property and Quality of Economic Freedom; (October 16)

3.       Saint Queen Tamar University of Georgian Patriarchy - Private Property and Level of Economic Freedom in Georgia; (October 17)

4.       Ilia State University - Economic Freedom- from Global Crisis to Local Success; (October 20)

5.       Grigol Robakidze University - Economic Freedom and Economic Freedom Indexes;  (October 27)

6.       Caucasus International University - Private property and economic freedom; (October 28)

7.       Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University - Freedom and Economic Freedom – Private Property as a Guarantee of Freedom; (October 29)

Students who had attanded on the lectures, have been given the certificates of participation.
