ეკონომიკური პოლიტიკის ექსპერტთა ცენტრის წარმომადგენლების ლექცია-სემინარი

"თავისუფლება და ეკონომიკური თავისუფლება - კერძო საკუთრება, როგორც თავისუფლების გარანტი" - აქტუალური თემა ეკონომიკური პოლიტიკის ექსპერტთა ცენტრის წარმომადგენლებმა ბათუმის უნივერსიტეტში განიხილეს. ლექცია-სემინარი ეკონომიკური პროფილის სტუდენტებისთვის ფრიდრიხ ნიუმანის ფონდის მხარდაჭერით მოეწყო. 
მოხსენებების დასრულების შემდეგ ღია დისკუსია მოეწყო. სტუდენტებს საშუალება ჰქონდათ შეკითხვები დაესვათ და მოსაზრებები გამოეთქვათ. ბათუმის შემდეგ, ანალოგიური სემინარი სხვა რეგიონებისა და თბილისის 13 უმაღლეს სასწავლებელშია დაგეგმილი.

New Initiative to Ban Land Sales to Foreigners Yields Criticism

The Georgian Government has adopted amendments to the Law on Ownership of Agricultural Land, which will regulate the rules for sale of agricultural land plots to foreigners. The bill was presented to the Georgian Government by the Minister of Justice.

According to Thea Tsulukiani, the Justice Ministry, together with the Ministries of Agriculture and Economy, has been working on the project for several months. The working process also involved representatives of the legislative body, and agricultural experts. Participants agreed on the draft law, which was approved at the Government session.

According to the amendments, foreign citizens and legal entities founded abroad will not be allowed to purchase agricultural land plots in Georgia. The sale of agricultural land to foreign physical persons or foreign companies, even if they are founded in Georgia, will not be possible within a five-kilometer distance from the Georgian border and in any other border zones determined by the Government. No foreign physical person or foreign company will be able to buy agricultural land on the borderline and specified zones.

New Project ,,Freedom and Economic Freedom - Private Property as a Guarantee of Freedom”

Economy Police Experts  Center by financial support of ”Friedrich Naumann Foundation’’ has started new project on theme ,,Freedom and Economic Freedom - Private Property as a Guarantee of Freedom”. To date the problem of free thinking and strengthening the private property remains pressing in post-socialist countries. Transfer property into private ownership is often replaced by bunch of long term obligations and conditions, in which the state still has the right of disposal of property. Accordingly  up no now, even in conditions of state assets capitalization,  no stock market is developing  in dignity, that would support transparent, self-regulatory and self-consuming  cash flow.

განცხადება მიწებთან დაკავშირებით

გვსურს გამოვეხმაუროთ საქართველოს საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს გადაწყვეტილებას, სასოფლო-სამეურნეო მიწის უცხოელებზე მიყიდვის ამკრძალავი მორატორიუმის გაუქმების შესახებ. მიგვაჩნია რომ მორატორიუმის გაუქმება სამართლიანია და დადებითად აისახება ქვეყანაში არსებული ბიზნეს გარემოს გაუმჯობესებაზე. სასოფლო-სამეურნეო დანიშნულების მიწის შეძენაზე მორატორიუმი უარყოფითად აისახებოდა სოფლის მეურნეობის განვითარებაზე, ქვეყნის საინვესტიციო მიმზიდველობაზე და ზოგადად ქვეყნის ეკონომიკურ განვითარებაზე. მორატორიუმის შედეგად ზარალდებოდა სოფლის მეურნეობის სექტორი, რომელიც კარგავდა უცხოურ ინვესტიციებს და რეალურად იზღუდებოდა სექტორის პროდუქტიულობა, ასევე აფერხებდა  ახალი ტექნოლოგიების დანერგვასა და დამატებითი სამუშაო ადგილების შექმნას. მორატორიუმი ასევე უარყოფითად აისახებოდა სოფლის მეორნეობის სექტორში, უკვე არსებულ ზრდის ტენდენციაზე.

В 1957 году странами-членами Европейского союза был подписан договор о создании экономического сообщества(ЕЭС). Договор вступил в силу в 1958 году. В 1985 году Еврокомиссия разработала предложение, на основании которого в течении следующих 7лет в Европейском экономическом союзе должны были быть отменены все технические и налоговые барьеры, связанные со свободным передвижением людей и товаров. Целью этого шага являлось стимуляция коммерческой и промышленной деятельности.

25-29 აგვისტოს ივანე ჯავახიშვილის სახელობის თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტში, ტარტუს უნივერსიტეტის, ინფორმაციის თავისუფლების განვითარების ინსტიტუტის (‪#‎IDFI‬) მხარდაჭერით და ესტონეთის მთავრობის დაფინანსებით ჩატარდა საზაფხულო სკოლა, სადაც ორგანიზაციის აღმასრულებელმა დირექტორმა ქეთევან კრიალაშვილმა გააკეთა მოხსენება საარსებო მინიმუმთან დაკავშირებით.
